  1. Introduction

    This document outlines the terms and conditions for participating in the SMS messaging campaigns by Infinity Empowerment Services (IES), a division of Premier Health + Wellness Consulting, LLC.

    Program Name and Description

    By opting into the Infinity Empowerment Services SMS Program, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages that may include:

    • health and wellness tips and education

    • appointment and event reminders

    • confirmations (including Zoom links)

    • customer support messages

    • occasional promotions and special offers

    Eligibility

    By opting into our SMS campaigns, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to agree to these terms.

    Opt-In Process

    Users may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

    • replying “YES” to an initial SMS invitation, or

    • submitting their phone number via our website, Linktree, workshops, or event registration forms where explicit consent is required.

    At sign-up, subscribers see this disclosure:
    “By entering your phone number, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Infinity Empowerment Services with health and wellness tips, event reminders, confirmations (including Zoom links), and occasional special offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.”

    Frequency of Messages

    Message frequency may vary (up to 10 messages per month).

    Message and Data Rates

    Message and data rates may apply to each SMS message sent or received. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging rates may apply to confirmations and all subsequent SMS correspondence.

    Opt-Out Instructions

    Subscribers can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to the SMS number. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send a confirmation message.

    Rejoining Instructions

    If you previously opted out and would like to rejoin the SMS program, you may opt back in at any time by re-submitting your phone number through our website, workshops, or event registration forms where consent is collected, or by replying START to our messaging number (where supported).

    Content

    Messages may include promotions, health and wellness tips, appointment/event reminders, confirmations, and other notifications related to Infinity Empowerment Services offerings.

    Carrier Liability Disclaimer

    IES is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected messages, including undelivered messages resulting from filtering by your mobile carrier or service provider.
    Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    Privacy

    We respect your privacy. We will not share or use your mobile number for any purpose other than to send you updates pertaining to our services.
    SMS consent is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

    Compliance with Industry Standards & Legal Compliance

    Infinity Empowerment Services follows applicable messaging laws and industry standards, including CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices and mobile carrier requirements.
    We also comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state laws. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

    Liability & Indemnification

    IES is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected messages, including undelivered messages resulting from filtering by your mobile carrier or service provider.

    By subscribing to our SMS service, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless against any claims arising out of or relating to your opt-in, our SMS content, or any breach by you of these Terms & Conditions.

    Changes to Terms

    IES reserves the right to revise or modify these terms at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms to our website.
